Independent Estate Agent
We are not bound by corporate policies and are not required to forward sell additional products. We do not have sales, listing or commission targets - our only concern is to build a great relationship with our clients and to ensure we achieve the best price for our properties by providing a high quality personal service for our clients.
Bespoke Marketing
We will tailor the marketing of your property to suit both your home and your individual requirements. From bespoke digital brochures, our own photography service including in-house editing, organising professional photography, drone video footage, aerial shots and internal video footage, we have everything covered. An accompanied viewing service by one of our experienced team is also available.
Coverage
Your property will be listed on the biggest UK portals including Rightmove and On The Market giving world-wide coverage. As we are owned by a solicitors office, we also have the advantage of being able to list on the ESPC website. We have our own social media accounts.

Large, easily accessible , newly renovated offices on a prime corner site in Largs town centre with extensive window space allowing us to display every property we list.
Flexible Fees/No Withdrawal Fees
We can be flexible in our fee packages, offering a wide range of options to suit individual client needs including fixed fees, percentage fees and scaled percentage fees. Marketing fees can be paid at the end when the sale goes through.

Should you decide to take your property off the market for any reason, we do not have a withdrawal fee or a notice period.
Discount Legal Fees
As estate agents and solicitors, we can provide a combined estate agency and legal service to make it easier and less stressful for you. If you are using us for both, we can provide a discounted fee package. You need only deal with one company from listing to conclusion of your sale.
Free Will
All of our estate agency clients are entitled to have a Will drawn up (or updated) by our solicitors free of charge.
